Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 28 days of receipt. This timeframe begins on the date of your shipping notification.
Please note that all packaging and seals must be intact. Any products that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted by our returns department.
To ensure that we process your return and refund as efficiently as possible, please carefully follow our returns procedure as listed below:
If you wish to return an item, please e-mail us via the contact us form or at email@example.com to notify us that you wish to return your item. Your e-mail should contain your order number (e.g. SO12345678) and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.
Within 48 business hours, our customer service team will reply to your request and if approved, we will e-mail you a Return Authorisation Number. This number will be very important to your return, so please keep note of it.
To return your item to us:
1. Ensure that all products are unused and in their original packaging with all seals and packaging intact.
2. Package up your parcel safely and securely to guarantee that it avoids damage during transit. Please include a copy of your order confirmation if possible.
3. Address your package to the below address and clearly write your Return Authorization (RA) Number on the front of the package. If you do not include your RA Number, our team may not be able to determine who is returning the product or why and your return may not be processed.
4. Bring your package to your local postal service (suggested) and always request a proof of postage as Cosmetic Alliance cannot be liable for any lost return packages.

Please note that we do not reimburse the cost of any shipping fees* and only the cost of the products purchased will be refunded. All refunds will be returned ONLY to the original method of payment and we do not offer refunds via cash, cheque or credit note.
*In the event that shipping is paid and the item delivered is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, Cosmetic Alliance will refund the fee.
If your item(s) were damaged in transit, please contact us within three days of delivery. Please include in your inquiry at least three photos of your package:
1. The outside of the box
2. Inner packaging
3. Product(s) damaged
WARRANTY - KENDALL JENNER HAIR TOOLS
TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Formawell x Kendall Jenner electrical hair tool comes with a two-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers the hair tool against defects in material or workmanship and does not include any damage or mis-use inflicted by the end user.
Should you experience any defective issues with your electrical hair tool within two calendar years from the date of purchase, please follow the methods and procedures listed above to claim your warranty. Once your hair tool is received at our facilities and is tested for the issues you have described; upon approval, we will send you a brand new tool free of charge. If we find that there are no defects in your hair tool, or that the defects are inflicted by carelessness or improper usage, your hair tool will not be replaced and will be sent back to you.
*We do not offer any refunds or credits on defective hair tools and any replacement hair tools will be under the warranty terms and date of the original hair tool purchased.
